THIS WEEKEND'S SERVICES AT PATHWAY
We live in a world where those with the most spotlight seem to have the biggest impact on the culture in which we live. What they do and say is often copied by others. A couple of years ago it was almost required that to be in the spotlight you had to be beautiful, talented, or well educated. But times have changed, thanks to Reality TV shows and the Internet. Now, anybody can have an impact on the culture. People are thrust into the spotlight within a couple of hours and their influence can become global with the click of a button. The underdogs of our culture now have a voice and a chance to shine.
It seems that the church culture is a couple of years behind. It seems that those who look good, sing well, speak well, have successful businesses, or are well educated seem to still be the only ones whose stories are shared and are in the spotlight. But what about everybody else? What about the underdogs? Is there any room for them to have an impact on the church and culture? Can the underdogs in the church shine for the Glory of God? Join us this weekend, Saturday, February 4th or Sunday, February 5th, as we dig into the Scriptures to see that God places underdogs in the spotlight to shine for His Glory.

Benefit Dinner For York College Intervarsity Christian Fellowship

Trailblazers Luncheon
This Luncheon is for anyone involved in Children’s Ministry, interested in serving, or parents. We will share lunch together and watch a 30 minute video entitled "Why Children Are Important To The Health Of The Church". We will also discuss the vision for Children’s Ministry and go over important details. Pathway's Got Talent / Annual Meeting
Pathway's Got Talent is our first Connection Event of the year and everyone is invited. You and your family won't want to miss this opportunity for fun and fellowship as we go after our own version of the popular TV show. Now keep in mind, this isn’t a competition and there won’t be any judges. We’re just excited to provide an atmosphere where adults, youth and kids can showcase a talent with the church family. We plan to turn our lobby into a gallery to display artwork. If you’re an artist of any kind, please consider what you’d like to share. In addition to the gallery, we plan to make time for approximately 10 to 15 different acts.PLEASE NOTE: We will begin our evening together with our Annual Congregational Meeting. We’ll start the evening with a look back on 2011 and celebrate all that God has done among us. Then, we’ll take a look ahead and share our dreams and vision for the year to come. We’ll also ask the members to affirm the 2012 budget, as well as, new elders and deacons. Please note, Annual Meeting Packets were placed in mailboxes. Be sure to bring them along to the meeting. If you need a copy, please contact the church office. Don't forget to bring your favorite dessert to share!

POW Women's Retreat
Ladies, sign-up to attend the Women’s Retreat in April. Join us for a weekend away and experience Biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, food, games and fun for all women post high school age and beyond! The cost is $132. Serve at York Rescue Mission
Are you looking for an opportunity to get out into the community and serve? You, your family or Life Group are invited to join in preparing and serving a meal at the York Rescue Mission. It's a great way to make a difference in our community.TO SIGN UP: Sign-up sheets are on the small bulletin board next to the Welcome Center Desk. If an entire group is signing up, please specify and put a line through the whole sheet for that date. Only 10 people per date. Lost and Found - Under the mailboxes near the Welcome Center
Have you lost something? We now have a Lost and Found! Recently we’ve uncovered glasses, travel cups, coolers, book bags, clothing, bibles, games and jewelry! Please stop by and see if anything belongs to you!
Computer Tech People Needed
We are in need of a few more people who are interested in operating the computer on Sunday mornings. You only need to serve once a month. Training provided. For more information or to express interest, please contact either Seth Yost or Pastor Danny.
Pathway's Video Outreach Ministry Needs You!
Camera Operators Needed! The Video Outreach Ministry is growing and we have an immediate need for camera operators. Past experience is preferred, but not necessary. Job pays in lots of back slaps, hugs, high fives and general gratitude in addition to knowing you help to spread the Word to a broader York audience and countless more the world over online. You must be able to enjoy staring at Pastor Adin through a 3-inch screen for approximately 45 minutes at a time. Seriously, all you need is a steady hand, and the rest can be easily learned.
