Where is God calling you?
While sharing the gospel is our common goal, we contribute in various ways – praying, reaching, teaching, giving, supporting, going. In a world of unreached neighbors, where do you fit in? Following are just a few ways you can get involved.
PRAYER
Pray for our missionaries and for the spread of the gospel to the ends of the earth.
- Pray for the country where they are serving. Pray for freedom to preach the gospel and for political stability.
- Pray for their personal needs. Pray that they will adapt to the culture where they are serving, for their children, their family, physical and spiritual needs.
- Pray for opportunities and clarity. Pray that doors would be open and that God's Word would be able to be proclaimed and received.
- Pray for protection. Pray for physical and spiritual protection over them and their families. (2 Thess 3:2-3)
- Pray for your local church and community. Pray for the effectiveness of the church in sharing God's love and salvation in your community.

Join Pathway in a local sharing project in the community or reach out individually to your neighbors, friends, and family.Short-Term Missions
We have a goal to facilitate a short-term mission trip in Summer 2009 to Bronx, NY through the BIC Urban Discipleship Center, and a short-term trip to Haiti in February 2010. We've already sent two separate teams to Quebec, Canada as well as the BIC Navajo Mission in New Mexico.If you have an interest in being a part of a short-term mission team, please fill out our Connection Form or contact the church office.
