PATHWAY STAFF
Adin Herndon - Lead Pastor
Adin came to Pathway in 2007 with over 30 years of ministry experience, including 15 years as a Youth Pastor, 3 years as a Children's Pastor, and 12 years as a Lead Pastor. His educational background includes: Shenandoah Conservatory of Music, Messiah College, Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, Pennsylvania, and Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky.
Prior to coming to Pathway, he and his wife, Karen, spent 8 years planting a church in Cape Coral, Florida. They have three sons, Nathan, Philip, and Jordan. The entire Herndon family is very musical and enjoys worshipping the Lord together through song.
In addition to Adin's responsibilities of preaching and teaching at Pathway, he also gives leadership to the elders and staff, conducts weddings and funerals, directs outreach and missions and does many hours of counseling.
Adin and Karen enjoy their four grandchildren, gardening, trips to the beach, and walking their dogs.
Karen Herndon - Director of Assimilation and Bookkeeper
Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and comes to Pathway with over 25 years of professional experience. This is the third church staff she has worked on, and she is presently enjoying the opportunity to welcome guests and help newer people at Pathway get integrated into the life and community of our fellowship. As Director of Assimilation, she plans our Welcome Rallies and gives oversight and training to the First Impressions Team. Karen's smiling face is a welcome sight each week at Pathway. If you ask her, she'll tell you she loves working beside her husband in ministry!
Danny Tanner - Executive Pastor
Danny joined the Pathway staff in 2002. He is a graduate of Geneva College where he first began to sense God's calling on his life as a worship leader in the local church.
Up until the summer of 2011, Danny gave leadership to the worship ministry at Pathway. Danny's new role is Executive Pastor where he gives leadership to the areas of administration, communication, finances and staff. He is also involved in providing leadership to Pathway's Life Groups.
Danny and his wife, Lorrie, have two daughters, Maiah and Zoie, and a son, Evan. Along with playing racquetball, Danny enjoys playing games with his family and friends as well as being creative with music and film.
Jeremy Blount - Pastor of Missional Development and Young Adults
Jeremy loves spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Jacob and Malachi. He also enjoy sports, being outdoors, riding four wheelers and motorcycles. Pastor Jeremy loves getting a chance to encourage and challenge others to respond to the greatness of our God by living every aspect of life for His Glory. As Pastor of Missional Development and Young Adults, his desire is to set an example of what it looks like to go after God with all of our heart.

Philip Herndon - Director of Youth and Worship Ministries
Philip came to Pathway in May of 2011 with a passion for worshiping God through music within the church. His heart is to be a part of God-glorifying, groundbreaking worship services where Jesus is made big and where people are living their lives as worship to God. Philip has seven years of worship leading experience and has been a touring musician for the past three years. He studied Youth Ministry at Philadelphia Biblical University and earned a Record Producing degree at Omega Studios. Philip is releasing his fifth studio album of original music in the summer of 2011.
Philip and his wife, Carrie, have two children, a daughter, Anna, and a son, Oliver. Philip loves spending time with his family and friends, watching movies, listening to and creating music, biking and graphic design.
Jeremy Bowders - Assistant Teaching Pastor
At Pathway, Jeremy helps to develop and plan out sermon series with Pastor Adin, preaches once a month, and in the future will teach various courses through Pathway University.
Jeremy works for ESAB Welding & Cutting products in Hanover as a research and development lab technician. His duties include: fabricating experimental flux-cored welding wire, extruding experimental stick welding electrodes, sub-arc welding and making coffee.
In Jeremy's spare time he reads, reads, and reads (can you tell he likes to read?). He also enjoys exercising and loves to spend time with his wife and boys.
Michele Fox - Children's Ministry Director
Michele joined the Pathway Staff in 2010 after serving at Hillside Christian Fellowship in Millersburg, PA. She served with youth for 3 years and then felt God calling her into Children's Ministry. She then served for 3 years as the Children's Ministry Director and teaching Sunday school. She also attended Christ For the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX with a minor in Child Evangelism. Her passion is to see kids understand who God is and how much He loves them. There is nothing more rewarding than to see kids worshipping God with all their heart.
Michele and her husband Chris have a son, Carter (4 months old).
Janell Sitler - Administrative Assistant / Event Coordinator
Janell joined the staff in January of 2011. She graduated from The Art Institute of York, PA with a degree in Interior Design. After working in the Design field for almost two years, Janell felt God calling her to serve in the ministry at Pathway.
Janell works closely with the Executive Pastor on many projects while tending to the office duties. She also has the role of coordinating events at Pathway.
Janell recently got married to her husband, Jordan, and they have a puppy named Coffee. In addition to loving to cook, Janell enjoys singing and being creative in home decorations as well as wedding planning.
Doreen Biffart - Custodian
Doreen keeps the church clean and tidy for each Sunday Service. She organizes the chairs and cleans up after major events at Pathway. Doreen is a blessing to our staff and great prayer warrior. She loves walking in the woods, camping, biking and spending time with her family.
