Adin Herndon - Lead Pastor

Adin came to Pathway in 2007 with over 30 years of ministry experience, including 15 years as a Youth Pastor, 3 years as a Children's Pastor, and 12 years as a Lead Pastor. Prior to coming to Pathway, he and his wife, Karen, spent 8 years planting a church in Cape Coral, Florida. They have three sons, Nathan (29), Philip (26), and Jordan (15). The entire Herndon family is very musical and enjoys worshipping the Lord together through song.

Adin & Karen come expressing servant hearts as they follow God's lead here at Pathway. Their passion for serving the Lord is expresesd through evangelism, worship, and discipleship.

Danny Tanner - Associate Pastor

Danny joined the Pathway staff in 2002. He is a graduate of Geneva College where he first began to sense God's calling on his life as a worship leader in the local church. He has a passion to speak God's "love language," which is worship, and to teach it to others.

In addition to leading the worship ministry at Pathway, Danny is also the Church Administrator and Communications Director.

Danny and his wife, Lorrie, have two daughters, Maiah (7) & Zoie (5), and a son, Evan (3).

Jeremy Blount - Youth and Young Adult Pastor

Jeremy joined Pathway in January 2009 after serving as a youth pastor for 3 years at the Church of the Open Door in Chambersburg, PA. Jeremy graduated in 2005 from Lancaster Bible College. He loves to study God's Word, read books, ride motorcyle and spend time with his wife and family. His desire is to fall deeper in love with God each day and for God's love to flow through him to his family, friends, and those who he comes in contact with as he serves at Pathway.

Jeremy and his wife, Nicole, just had their first child, Jacob.
